Has this ever soil been improved? For example with compost or well-rotted manure

Give some brief details of your growing area in terms of shade and wind, is it overshadowed by any buildings or trees, and is it in a flat area and so exposed to strong winds?

Is your growing area prone to drying out and/or flooding?

Is there anything else we should know about your growing area?

Do you have the ability to store planted seeds somewhere between 18-24 degrees Celcius while they germinate?

Are you willing to protect certain crops (such as cabbages and soft fruits) from pests by using netting?
